A bit of background: during the first wave of Covid, windows across Quebec were filled with pictures of rainbows and the phrase "ça va bien aller" (or "it's going to be alright"), a message of hope and connection.
As things went on and policy decisions seemed to get less proactive and more chaotic, that phrase took on a different tone when I read it, more of nervous hope than reassurance. Thus, Dumpy the Dumpster Fire was born! He knows you're doing your best and believes in you, even when it feels like everything's on fire.
